Default A/C / Heat Duct Flaps?

Hey my ac isnt working but the compressor is going and the freon is charged, so someone told me to check the electronically controlled flaps that control the ducting of hot or cold air? How would I do this?

Ouch. That would mean taking the suitcase apart. Check the AC drier to see if it has condensation first. Are the ducts blowing air at all?

They are vacuum controlled. Do you have a vacuum leak? Is the blower on?
