Default Help i cant see!!!!!

Hey does anyone know how to get better lighting with these sealed beam headlights? Is there a conversion kit to use halogen bulbs?

i helped a buddy rip the bulb out of a sealed beam and used some epoxy to stick some silverstars in the housing. we then changed the headlight plugs and they worked until he played chicken with a parked truck, the truck won!

Lighting FAQ:

(Its in the "Hall of Fame" sticky in the "Appearance & Detailing" section.)

At one point I made my own conversion housings to fit a H7 bulb into a 4703 housing, but it eventually filled with water and a loose connection melted the stock connector.

Here is a thread where I talk about it:

You can't get silverstars to fit your car? I got some for mine, of course the LT1 cars were different, just one headlight for low/high beam. I thought they made those for everything. They work a little better than the stock headlights, they don't have that orange-ish tint to them, nice and white.
