Default multiple misfire code

well i got a 300 code ( multiple misfire) and the car is running like crap, i have noticed black liquid that turns to powder coming from my exhaust and it sorta smells like fuel so am guessing its fuel any suggestions am thinkig plugs or coil packs. Am hoping that the black stuff is fuel and not oil coming from my exhaust

pull plugs make sure all have fire and aren't fouled first.

I just had PO300 code, after changing plugs and wires still had code and car ran like **** at low rpm after about 2500 rpm's it would run better. Turned out the O2 sensor on pass side was sticking or locking up and dumping fuel on that side. Changed O2 two days ago, have driven about 300 miles and no code has come back plus car is running much better. I will be doing the plugs again as I do think they have fouled.
