oil change

im about to change the oil in my 1998 ws6 m6 it only has 32000 miles and i need to no what oil to put in and how hard is it to change it my self

look in the forums a little more, there are plenty of threads about what oil to use. and to change it is easy, get a Chilton or a Haynes Book to guide you. Oil; German Castrol 0W30, Mobil 1 5W30 etc etc Royal Purple if thats what you like............
