Default Vacuum leak? P0507 code...

On my 00 Z28 A4 I recently changed the plugs and wires to MSD and AC Delco Iridiums (.40) out of the box gap. About a week later a code popped up P0507 Idle Control System RPM High. Thinking I needed to do a PCM reset/ Idle Relearn, I tried and with no luck monitored the following results during the relearn (below). I am guessing it is a vacuum leak or problem with the new plugs/wires? Also the gas gauge at start up jumps back and forth and finally settles at warm up. Ive done a visual check under the hood and the plugs/wires feel fit and hoses dont appear to be loose or hissing. Any ideas for a next step to try and fix these problems? Thank you in advance.

check and make sure you dont have a wire arching....also check and see if one of the filaments in the wire might have come out and is not properly attached to the plug...finally check other systems...just because you fixed one thing doesnt mean thats the thing thats going to break again

I zip tied one of the spark plug wires up to clear one of the headers....is that what you mean by having one arched?

He's talking about an electrical short or arc. If your gas gauge started to jump around after you did the plugs and wires, you have some sort of electrical issue. Check any contections you might have disturbed while doing your tune up. Coils, fuel injectors, probably something like that. Or could be an entirely new problem unrelated to what you have just done. But the odds favor rechecking your recent work.

We took off the passenger side injector rail to get to the #8 plug from hell...Im guessing unscrewing and disconnecting that rail might be the culprit...Ill check it out, thanks.
