Scanner wont scan?

Im getting a code since the install of my LS6 intake. I took it to Autozone and the guy couldnt get the scanner to work with my car. The emissions place couldnt get it to work either when they hooked it up. Any ideas on a fix or why it is doing this? I need to figure out what code is being thrown.

Does the cigarette lighter work? Check the CIG/ACCY fuse inside the car for an open - it also powers the DLC port.

Neither of the lighter sockets have ever worked. Im trying to think....

I DID have my cutout hooked up through the lighter's hotwire (about 75% sure as I didnt install it). The other one on the side hs never ever worked.

Alright turns out I DO have a blown #25 fuse. Ill have to pick one up later...I have 6 sets of fuses between the 3 of my cars and not one of them has a 25 >
