Default Driver side headlight cover is a biotch

Background: 2000 WS6, getting onto the freeway i hear what i think is a little noise of something falling or maybe i was just high whatever, anyway next thing you know my headlight cover flies up and is flappin in the wind. ****! get to my buddies house, hes got some extra bolts, screws and i fix it. I mean i tightened that mother down!Couple days later: this morning im going to work, and i have my lights on, i notice the head light cover(the metal piece thats painted the same color as the body) is flapping a little! Im like WTF! So i get to work and i inspect it and the bolts are hella loose and the two in the back of the cover are completely gone! WTF, im gonna tighten it down again and get some bolts. What keeps happening? do i need to lock tite this ****? any help is appreciated
