Default Seems like an electrical problem...

Not for me but my cousin's 3000gt. Out of nowhere the car wouldn't turn on. As much as he tries to turn it in, the engine doesn't start up. And it doesn't make any sounds, just doesn't ignite on so I don't think it's a starter problem. His headlights and lights in the car turn on except that the windows don't go up or down and that he can't control the windshield wipers. And it's not a battery problem since he got it jump started twice. He got most of the fuses replaced...

What could it be?

A ground? Look around see if any grounds from the engine are loose or broken.

I was going to say the same thing, ground somewhere in the engine most likely. That's funny though because my cousin has his 95 3000GT ripped apart right now. I know this is basic but is the fuel pump priming before it starts???
