how to change rear hatch struts??? HELP

Big Torx socket. (The one that looks like a star) I think like a T-35 if I remember correctly. You should be able to get at it by pulling the little rubber bootie out and pulling the interior panel away. I didn't have to take the interior panel off when I did mine.
