Default Strange noise

Ok, sometimes when i'm coming to a stop in my car I hear a strange grinding noise, and it gives me a bit of vibration that I can feel through the wheel(Not severe, just a lil bit). Anyone have any idea what this might be? It's intermittent, and sometimes it's louder than others. trans shifts fine, mods are in my sig. Noise sounds like it's coming from somewhere near the motor. It makes the noise as I roll to a stop, first when it hit between 10-15 mph, then it stops, then just as I hit the point where i'm almost stopped it does it again, then it stops again. That's all the info I have right now.

Almost sounds like you have a front brake that gone and the caliper is digging into the rotor. What do your brakes look like?

Wear indicator tab on the front brakes. Designed to you can know the pads are going, before you cause damage to the rotors. Pull the tires off and look at the pad thickness. Inside pads and outside.

Oh wow, cool, thanks. I did pads and rotors, recently, but the rotors were way more recent than the pads. The pads have prolly been on there 8 months, which means they're wearing out pretty fast, but I have some hard stops on them. I most likely won't buy the same pads again. I got Raybestos this time, next time i'll probably get some Hawk pads. People seem to like those.
