Default Passenger Window Connection issues

I'm sick and tired of taking the god damn door panel off. Basically, the previous owner of my trans am replaced the passenger side motor about 3 months ago and about a week ago the window was stuck down. I fixed it, realizing that it was the plug that plugs into the window motor was not making good contact. Well low and behold not even a day later, the window is now stuck up. So today, I pulled the panel off again and taped up the plug so it made contact and wont move. Well now agian, after I washed my car not even an hour later, the window wont do anything. I believe the motor is an Autozone replacement. When it makes contact, the window goes up and down real quick. How should I go about fixing this? Thanks!

Get AutoTrix wiring kit so you can route it to the battery. They are a sponsor here.
