Default MPG issue

I have another post in the fuel section but im thinking this might be a better spot to get some help. Basically in the past few weeks ive noticed my MPG has gone WAY down! There is no difference in the way the car drives or sounds my MPG has just gone to hell. Ive seafoamed the car, looked for leaks everywhere and I got nothing. I havent done anything new to the car as far as mods go and ive had it tuned for about a year now with no problems. The only thing I can think of is bad injectors or sparkplugs but if that was the case wouldnt the car drive different? Please if you have any ideas share cause with gas prices this problem is killing me!

Do you use gas from a cheap station or did you change to a low test fuel?

Maybe your station switched to reformulated gas?

I haven't noticed it yet with my Formula, but last winter my mileage in my 3.8L Olds went down close to 4 mpg with the winter gas.

Can you produce some actual mpg numbers before and after or is this feels-like?

I have noticed my MPG pretty weird lately, i had to drive 50 miles this morning for a job interview. I actually wasted more gas on the way there, than on the way back, and about 45 miles of that trip was all highway. But i guess i can pretty much blame my MS3 for that. Things i would look at would be plugs, wires, intake filter, fuel filter, maybe even check your tune.

Im going through a 1/8 of a tank in about 20 miles, I dont have a specific MPG number other than its a obvious change. Sofar ive checked my air filter, cleaned all sensors, seafoamed other than adding to oil cause i have to wait till the end of the month for my oil change. Tommarow im changing my plugs an checking my wires, fuel filter is going on at the end of the month. (since I have seafoam in the gas) Changed my PCV valve and checked my injectors there fine. After the plugs and oil change if its still this bad im gonna go talk to my tuner to see if the problem is there? All though ive had my tune for a year or so with no problems at all.

You have to start by doing actual numbers against what you see happening. If you can't quantify, it's only guesswork.

You might want to see if there actuall IS a problem before you start throwing money at it.
