Default LT1 engine locked up

I was driving and the engine seemed like it was struggling and the next thing I knew was the engine was reving but was not going anywhere. the car ended up stalling on the side on the road. I have a 95 Impala SS. THe car was just serviced becasue an oil line had broke. When the car started to act funny that oil gauge was flicking from side to side. THe car only has 128K miles on it but I keep up with maintenance and the motor has alot of new things except for pistons, heads, crank, and cam, just about everything else is new from ignition , starter, springs, gasket, water pump, radiator. Does anyone have anytips on how to free up a locked motor because I dont have the funds to purchase a brand new one? thank you

You are fucked. When the oil line broke it probably damaged a main bearing and it died afterwards, it was injured. Time for either another LT1 or to do and LS conversion. Stick a fork in that she's toast.
