Time to tear apart the dash!!
Time to tear apart the dash!! well its a time to tear a part the dash on the car in my sig...
i turned to **** to defrost and there was a constant hissing behind the dash (not the typical 2-3 seconds of hissing like usual) so im guessing that a vacuum hose behind the dash has broken, while turning it to any other mode either the dash, floor, or A/C doesn't reproduce the constant hissing
has anyone else had to deal with this? have you teared it a part? common issues?

Listen to see if it may be coming from the selector in the dash. The internal diapraghm can tear and leak internally in the switch and do what you are describing. It's worth a shot.
