Doing a full restor on an 83 TA

Doing a full restor on an 83 TA Alright i sold the 01 and now have a 83 TA. I have no car payment and insurance is dirt so i now have money. I am expecting to have over $4,000 to spend on it in the next two months.
I couldnt really find a great section that fit this so i hope this one will work.
Basically where do i start. The block, rotating assembly cam and heads are all new. Everything esle is acient and needs replaced. What do i start with? I was thinking brakes first since the rear brakes dont work at all you have to lock the front ones up to stop. It has drums on the back and i would like to put discs on so can anyone find a conversion kit? I have looked but cant find to much.

Oh i would love to. I went from a stock LT1 to a modded LS1 and now to a Stock 305 and...it feels like i am trying to pull a semi trailer with this car!
That is very possible in the future i loved my LS1 you dont really understand untill you have one. But for now i have to start with the neccesitys
