Misfire!!!!!!!

Misfire!!!!!!! Ok here is the deal.
I took my car to the Trans shop to pull it out so i can send it back to TCI. Get the trans back they put it back in and now my car misfires. So i pull my plugs think they drove it around the block to see if the trans works right and fouled my plugs. I run TR8's so if you drive it and load it up they will foul. So i pull all the plugs and there all fouled. Put new ones in and checked the codes and that pop'd up O2's so i put new o2's in. But its still misfiring.
put in my spare airflow meter no change.
I'M LOST NOW..
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
The car ran perfect before i took it to the shop for the trans.
