I dont know if this has been going on for some time and I just noticed it, or if it just started, but I had the interior light on the other night and noticed that when the car is idling, the lights are fine, but when I increase the engine speed at all, the lights start pulsing slightly. This happens on all the lights, interior and exterior. If the car is idling, it wont do it, it only does it when the engine speed is above idle. Any ideas what this might be? I've never seen anything do this before.

hmm ususally the lights pulse when the alt is going out at idle. maybe you can do a test on it by taking it to the autozone, not hard to take out

my lights do this but at both idle and above. it happened right after i put my cutout on. i will check my alt.

This happens to me every few days.......
