fluids depends on the purpose of the vehicle. redline and Royal Purple are safe bets
Plugs wise you cant go wrong with NGK TR-55
And wires, i have always like MSD
oil filter, K&N, WIX, FRAM, AC DELCO everyone will have a opinion on this.
I use G05 radiator fluid, just me though
ATE brake fluid
check out ws6store.com they usually have a good combo deal on wires and plugs

This is good advice. There are a lot of brand opinions on here, kinda like discussing religion, everyone thinks they are right. The most important thing is to just do the tune up regularly. AC Irridiums are also good plugs, I use Taylor wires and like them. Be sure that you change the fuel filter. With 100k on it you should also change fluids in the rear end and manual tranny. If it's an Auto trans and hasn't been done it's over due. Check serpentine belt for cracks.

If you're doing a tuneup, I'd suggest seafoaming it before changing out everything. It'll get all the gunk buildup out of your motor. If you're going with new plugs and wires, WS6Store has a pretty good deal going on where you can get NGK TR-55's and MSD 8.5 super conductor wires for $70+shipping.
