wiper trouble well due to all the ice my wipers arent working the black cover off the wiper arm on my firebird came off and was caught under the wiper arm when i shut them off they wouldnt go all the way down i got out and moved it they went down but now wont come back on fus eis good the alt. gauge doesnt move when you turn them on like if the motor was bad any ideas?
