Default squeaking in the engine bay area

hi, so when i first start my car theres a squeaking sound going on. once the car gets up to normal temp its gone. this started around june '07 in 70 degree weather. but goes away once i hit normal temp. its always happening and sounds ghetto. is showed to one of the guys at the dealership and he said my serpentine belt looks great. so he's guessing that it may be a bearing, pulley etc. what do you guys think? thank you. have a great weekend.

the a/c idler pulley and a/c tensioner pulley are in the lower passenger side area of the engine. The belt makes a "bow tie" design when it's on.

Ive always found a real easy way of telling which pulling is making a "noise" is by taking a really long screw driver (a 2'-3'one), put the tip on the area the pulley is attached to. Be careful not to put it on or close to where the belt/pulley can hit the screw screwdriver and ****** it outta your hand. Put your ear to the butt of the screw driver. You'll be able to tell if there is "normal" spin of the pulley or a "squeek/grind" in the pulley compared to other pulleys that arent making any noise. Try for yourself, fairly simple to do.

Also that grease tip works pretty good as well. saves on $$. Ive done replaced 1 pulley so far and did the grease trick. Only down fall I see to this is the rubber gasket getting damaged over time from popping it in and out with a screwdriver.

There is an upper and lower pully. could be either of them. If it's the upper I would replace it with the new KTech manual adjustable one.

It's probably a tensioner... I have one that just started acting up on me...
