Check the connections again where the harness plugs into the coil subharness, its possible a pin or something got bent in the process. If everythings cool Im not real sure what else to look at. The P1860 bothers me though, thats a manufacturer trouble code and can sometimes mean serious things.

Got it! 1 spark plug wire didn't click all the way.
Good God I almost craped my pants I thought I
had to shell out some big $$$$. Thanks Drew.
Now why did I get a trans code because of one
spark plug wire? Anyone?

I wouldn't worry about the trans code, as long as it doesn't come back - the computer was probably just confused when the engine was running so rough without that spark plug working.
