Front Blinkers not working

Front Blinkers not working OK people I need your help. I noticed that my front blinkers don't work at all when I have my left/right blinkers on and they don't work when I have my emergency four-ways on. The back blinkers light up solid when right/left blinkers are on and the four-way emergency work. The daytime running lights work as well. I did change out both front blinkers and check the fuse the fuse is good. So I have been told it is the flasher but for the life of me I can't locate the mf. I have been told it is under the dash to the left of the steering column. I am looking in the right place? I have a 2001 Camaro SS and could it be anything else?
The flasher modules are clipped to the black ribs on either side of the steering column. You can't see them because they are on the other side of the ribs. You will only see a wire going over the side and maybe the backside of the clip that holds them to the ribs. If I recall correctly, the flasher module is on the right side and there is a separate one for the hazards on the left. If you can't locate them, check this site for other posts. I believe others have pictures.
wssix99...is correct. the turn signal flasher is under the driver side dash to the right and the flasher module is under the driver dash to the left. i just changed mine a week ago. the easiest way to locate it is to turn the hazards/turn signal on and follow the sound. i had a hard time following the sound, so i just felt with my hands, you can feel it making the sound. well good luck man.
