Default Radiator part ID, please...

I found where my coolant leak is. Today it was pouring out of this part. It's towards the bottom of the radiator on the driver's side. It mirrors the location of the radiator drain plug that's on the passenger side. Is it a drain also? It looks like the plastic is cracked and the top is about to pop off. Thanks in advance.

PS. This is on a '98 Trans Am.

It's just a flexible rubber cap that tightens with a hose clamp. I have seen them before but I can't remember what is supposed to hook on there. They sell those at auto parts stores.
