I had problems like this with a car. A threatening letter from my lawyer cleared EVERYTHING. The final bill came to just shy of 2k with labor and all, and i just paid for the gas to make it there. My steps were as followed...
1) Notify the sales manager AND the dealer owner/manager
2)Record EVERYTHING in a timeline fashion...mileage, dates, new problems
3)Investigate the lemon law
4)Notify BBB(You said you already did)
5)Now let the dealer owner know you contacted the BBB, and should expect a call from your lawyer.
6)Lawyer time....

And that was it. Sounds easy, but a nightmare for sure. Good luck, and don't let them push you around.

ok well. i talked to a guy that has an 02 SOM SS and he actually lives down the road in the same apartments as me. he said it is probably brand new everything just everything "breaking in". He said his car chattered like that on take off in 1st and reverse and he said it took a couple hundred miles to go away.

So I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced this.

Also my bigger question is.... where is the clutch pedal friction-point supposed to be on an 01 ws6? mine is very close to the floor, i'd say about 75-85% down to the floor... What do you guys think?

On my 96 camaro v6, as well on my 97 TA, it was about 40-50% down to the floor both had around 70,000 miles on what i believe were both stock clutches when i bought both cars...

Might want to check in the manual transmission forum as well and see if new clutches are prone to chatter before you take some guys word. Best of luck to you.
