random surging at start up

random surging at start up A little while ago my car start surging randomly when i fired it up in the morning to get it warmed up. after i started driving, not a single problem. i got a new TPS and IAC and put them in and started it and it went to 3000rpm and stayed there. so i got my allen key and backed the screw off on the TB till the idle went down to normal. after i did that i would have to start it and hold the gas pedal for a second in order for it to stay running. it quit surging in the morning though. ever since then ive been turning up that little screw, little by little, trying to get it to start without me holding the gas. this morning i turned the screw up a hair started it, and it was gonna die so i gave it a little throttle to get it to idle, i went back inside and i heard it start surging. and when i put it in drive it surges a little till i start rolling and then it behaves, any ideas? i wonder if it developed a vacuum leak?
