Default whats causing these 3 error codes

I have a SES light on my 2000 TA with these 3 error codes: P0171, P0174, P0440. When i start up the car sometimes, the fuel level on my dash would be incorrect. I would actually have half a tank of gas, but the needle on the fuel would point at E. I would turn the car off and turn it back on, and then it'll show the proper fuel level. Is this causing these error codes?

According to the sticky, your codes are:

P0171 System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 System too Lean (Bank 2)
P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction

Possibly P0440 could be caused by the fuel problem (which sounds like a fuel sending unit). I would have that looked at first.

As far as the other two codes, they are most likely unrelated.

Check the pcv pipe that runs down the valve cover on the passenger side and then behind the engine. It has rubber elbows at the throttle body and behind the intake that turn to goo over time and cause a small vacuum leak that will trip the bank 1 and 2 lean codes. Evap just going to have to check everything real close for leaks.
