Weird Voltage issue.
The car has a optima red top battery 2 and half years old, 160amp gm alternator 6 months old. My car will start fine, but after driving when you come to a stop light the voltage gauge bounces between 14 volts and 10 volts. But once I start driving it goes back to normal. The car doesn't sputter or die. The battery gets charged. I have a underdrive crankshaft pulley which is why I went with a bigger amp alternator. I have checked all the connections and grounds. Any other suggestions on possible fixes.

Dealt with this myself. Could be the idle is not what the tach is saying, actually is lower than what it shows. This will make for a low charge at idle and cause what you are seeing, especially when you turn the AC on or the fans kick on.
Could also be the alternator going out. I lost 3 in 5 months, AC Delco. Good thing I got the lifetime parts and labor deal!!
Also check our battery cables, may be corroded inside the insulation from the factory battery.
