NGK Plug differences

NGK Plug differences I'm getting ready to get new spark plugs for my truck ('00 silverado 5.3), and I was looking at advance auto. They have ngk tr55's like I put in my car (I think), but for some reason when I search them for my car the only ones they have that are similar are tr5's. What's the difference? The gap is smaller, but I would be adjusting that anyway obviously. Why aren't they showing up for the truck? I thought they were all universal, but I've only worked on my car basically, so I could be wrong

No suggestions? I still haven't gotten them yet, but I would like to soon. The guy at advance said to get at least platinum plugs because I'm getting close to 100k miles. I've never heard of that though. Why did he say that and what do you guys suggest I get?
