Any links to how to install 02 sensors?

They just screw into the exhaust manifolds/headers and plug the connector into the factory harness.

new to LS1's... how many are there?? and what other options can you do that work just fine?

do you have to use GM OE??

You have 2 upstream and 2 downstream. Yes, the GM ones work the best.

You'll also need to apply anti-seize compound to the sensor threads before you put them in. (If they have been previously used.) New sensors should come with the compound pre-applied.

Without anti-seize, they will fuse to the pipes when things heat up.
