Engine ticking
Engine ticking I changed my plugs a week or two ago and the other day I noticed my engine was ticking and my gas mileage went to **** for one day and then came back. I don't get why it did that and came back.
I assumed it was the AIR gaskets, so I changed them. But the ticking is still there. I torqued the bolts to 15 ft.lbs.
You can hear it from the top, but you can really hear it good under the car. What else could it be?
