Default Power steering leak?

I have a small leak coming from the driver's side of the front axle. It looks like it's coming from a part on the axle that's connected to the power steering pump. Is this a common leak? Anyone have any idea how to fix?

yeah im replacing my rack in a few days because of a leak that i can not find. So, it must be internal, because i have a rip in the drivers side boot, and fluid is coming out of there. GM made one replaceable seal, which is on top of the rack. so, instead of replaceing a seal, you have to buy a new one. it sucks. anyone else have this problem before?
