A/C problem

A/C problem this is referring to a c5;
when i turn the passenger side to the coolest i it blows cold but when i turn the drivers side down to its coolest which is 60....it doesnt blow cold. so the driver side will be blowing cool-luke warm air while the passenger side blows cold....any1 know what the problem can be?

The blend door is located way behind the dash, it controls the temp coming out of the vents. Think of it as a Y . At one side of the Y is the A/C evaporator and the other side is the heater core, this merges into one opening that becomes your vents. The blend door closes off either the evaporator of the heater core, so you have full hot or full cold or anywhere between (ie 80% cold and 20% heat) which is where you may be now.
