Exclamation AC doesnt blow cold..>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I stopped at a shop and they checked the pressure on the line. The guy at the shop said the pressure was fine, but he said he didn't work on many Gm's so I left. Also it sounds like the compressor is kicking in.

Any ideas? It getting too hot for my daughter and I gotta do something.

Take it to a shop that knows what they're doing.

What if the car stopped running and you towed it to this shop, they looked at the fuel gauge and said "duh i dunno it's got gas in it" What would you do have it towed home and let it sit?

There are a lot of other things to check, find a shop that will check them.

Just a follow up on the ac..

I ended up taking the camaro to 4 different shops in town. I watched all them hook up the testers. All of them said I had plenty of pressure.

Then I took it to a another place. They had a fully computerized machine. The machine said I had plenty of pressure, but not enough refrigerant. About 10 minuntes later and $45, I had ice cold ac. Be going strong for a couple weeks of heavy use.
