Got a clunk in the back

Bought the car a few weeks ago. It has adjustable suspension/shocks. The right side makes the noise just wondering if i make it a softer or harder ride would it make the sound go away...or is it just worn out and i have to replace it? it sometimes does it but most of the time its going over bumps. Also, when i push down or sideways on the right side you will be able to hear it.

my car did that, turned out to be a loose bolt on one of the lcas, tightened it and all was good.

^what he said + just check all the bolts. Also mine did this and it was the panhard bar mount in the upper pass wheel well. It was rubbing against the spring over big bumps. Try laying under the car and bench press the rear up and down.
