95% of the time a o2 heater code is set, it's the heating element in the o2. Another possibility is a blown fuse. Your fuse is likely okay because the mass airflow among other things shares this fuse and you didn't mention any codes relating to the MAF. This code is for your passenger side rearmost o2 sensor (bank 2, sensor 2). The quickest way to figure out if it's the sensor heating element is to disconnect the sensor and use an ohmmeter on the sensor connector. Check the resistance of the wires that are the same color. If you have infinate resistance, the element is bad and the sensor needs to be replaced. However, this particular sensor only monitors your catalyst efficiency, so it does not effect how the car runs at all. If the code was for bank 1 or 2, sensor 1, it would be a different situation because these sensors are what the pcm uses to control fuel, etc. FYI: When you hear bank 1 or bank 2, bank 1 always refers to the side of the engine that includes cylinder 1, which is the driver's side on our cars. Cylinder #1, on v motors will always be the head that is closest to the front of the engine. Hope this helps
