Loud Beep

I have a 98 Camaro which started making a strange noise shorty after I bought it. Every time I hit a bump (which is basically all the time) it makes this loud beep (sounds like your ears ringing). The noise is coming from the drivers side dash on the left of the steering wheel. Has anyone any idea as to what this is and how to fix it? I tried to get it fixed and they took off the dash and tightened some wiring but it didn't help. Help please!!

automatic

its an automatic with 80,000 miles

is your hatch closed all of the way?

im not sure if it makes a beep or not, but i remember when mine wasnt shut all of the way when i hit a bump my interior lights would flicker on and off

The Noise Is Coming From The Dash Cluster.
