Quick Question

I'm going to change my differential fluid, I have A 2000 TransAm and the stock 10 bolt. What Fluid do I need, as in what type. Also Any thing else needed? I have some rtv sealant.

Also is there A certain weight I need to get.

Get the fluid from the dealership, couple bottles is all you need. I think its like $12.00. You can use friction reducer too if you want to, they sell that also. Like a few ounces.

get the gasket from the dealer its 10.00 $ and you need the addtive to its 9.38$ just changed mine out it had rtv and was leaking

How much additive do you need, the whole bottle?

Get redline 75W - 90 synthetic, it has the friction additive in it, you can still add the 5 oz bottle from the dealership as well if you wish.

Well I already got the Trans-X bottle has 7oz should I use all of it?
