security light problems
security light problems So my security light just started to come on like 2 days ago. When I get in my car and turn the key it doesn't start...I turn the key like 3 times then the car starts. So now today it took the car like 5 minutes to start. So finally the car is starying on the first try but my security light is on and is not blinking its jus lit up!!! So what could the problem be?

VATS is going out, either the key pellet is going bad or the wires in the key lock are breaking. One time you'll get in it and it won't start at all - that is if you don't fix it soon.
You may just need a new key, try your other one if you have a spare and see if that key does it too.

So today I wake up and go fire up the car. The car starts on the first try with no problem. But the security light is still on. About 4 months ago I had to replace the whole ignition and key because the computer went out on the ignition. So should I worry if the security light is on?
