3rd gear
Check to see if you have a Hurst or other aftermarket shifter with positive stops. If so, the forward stop my just need to be backed off a bit so you can get the stick all the way in to 3rd gear fully.

You got a bent third gear shifting fork...I have the same thing wrong with mine. It's from hard shifting to third gear and if it has the factory hurst shifter then it will bend. I put a good shifter in mine w the stops after the fact. So I just skip third for now until I get the $ to fix it right. I know this because I already tore into mine and replaced the dogs and plastic pieces that were broken and thought that was what was wrong and it wasn't. D & D performance told me that it was most likely a bent fork and they would know bc thats all they do and thats their specialty.

With the mileage of the car, the adjusting screw is probably the issue. It took me an extra adjustment to get my Hurst right so it wouldn't pop out like yours is doing.
