HELP!!! car wont turn over

HELP!!! car wont turn over I kept adjusting my tb and kept turning the car off and on. The last time I started it up i heard a noise like it kept trying to start. I shut it off and the motor keep trying to go. It kept trying to start itself or something. I hurried and unplugged the battery and it stopped. Now it won't turn over nor will the radio or windows come up. But the headlights will go up and down and the lights will come on. I can't even have anything on the dash come up like my miles or anything. Anybody help??!!
