No start problem. Please help!
No start problem. Please help! It all started when I heard a loud clanking noise after a race. I got the car towed home. It sounded like it was valvetrain noise so I pulled the valve cover to find a rocker arm bolt had somehow backed out. It was weird because it still had the locktight on it. I got it tightend back down (after checking the threads which were fine). When I got it started it was running like crap and it sounded really weird. It turned out to be how much air it was sucking in. I have since tried to start it and get nothing but it turning over. It doesn't even try to fire. I checked the fuel pressure and it is at 54 after the prime and 59 while cranking. I am at a loss of what else it might be. I have double checked to make sure everything is plugged in (including the plug wires) and it is. It seems to me like it is not getting the proper spark? If anyone has any ideas please let me know what you think. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to cover all the bases that I could think of. Thanks in advance for any help!
