Car acting strange!!!

Car acting strange!!! I've looked around and posted a couple times before on other treads but never found any kind of help... When driving the car it runs fine and idles fine but when i get on it the car feels like its not giving it everything it has up around 3500 and 4k all the way up. It also sounds like its breaking up if thats the word to describe it. This all started happening when i put on my longtubes. Its been doing this for a while, it was much worse when i had made my own o2s with the wires pacesetter gave me that i was running until my o2s and extensions came. i have no error codes and when i had my rear o2s tuned out the guy said he didnt see any running problems when i told him about the issues. i just want to get this problem resolved and can describe the situation in more detail if anyone posts needed some more information.

i think its my o2s also since i got under the car and saw one of the extensions was melted from touching the headers. ill be replacing that and ill see if that was my problem.
