Not hard. Just lengthy.
take off door panle
remove speaker bellow
remove plastic weather covering
disconnect the horizontal movement guide
(might need to take out the regulator and all of that)
This is about all I know. Maybe someone else will chime in. If you have common sense it should be a pretty straight forward thing.
