Popping and cracking from Rack???

Popping and cracking from Rack??? Hey guys, I know there was a little thing called common sense or even better the search button but the search came up short.
I have a popping coming from the passenger side area. When I back out of my driveway it pops when I back over the small hump and when I turn. I checked the tie rod ends and they look fine(going to check them better when I have a chance)....it's really annoying. I hadn't driven it for a week then all of a sudden it started, never heard that sound before.
So any idea's for me fellas? Thanks in Advance.
