Default Oil Smoking

Hello, I have a picture of my problem area. When it is running it smokes out of this spot that I have highlighted. For those that can't see it is where you pour the oil into the block. At the base of the plastic it looks like a seal is protruding out. I was wondering if I can just pull this sucker off or what, I don't feel like breaking anything else (look at my cruise control)

I hope this would be an easy fix. If I need a seal or whatever I'm guessing I could pick one up at an auto parts store?

That plastic screws off by hand. unscrew it and check if you can adjust the seal or buy a new seal and screw the plastic filler back on.

Thanks, I was hoping it was easy... I also didn't want to go around yanking on crap when it is my only ride.

Think i need a new seal, this one is loose and I can't get the beast to go in, it just pops out... oh well.
