Coolant hose problems...weird

Coolant hose problems...weird Hey guys,
I've been having a reoccuring problem with my upper and now lower coolant hoses popping off.
Anyone else experience this? I am putting 2 hose clamps on each hose now to see if that will fix it.
I have a brand new 18lb radiator cap...which seems to be the right psi according to both Autozone and crap-boys.
Any thoughts??
