***HELP*** headlights cycle backwards

***HELP*** headlights cycle backwards I just finished reassembling everything form doing the headlight gear swap. When I reconnected everything and then tried to test the headlights they worked backwards. when i turn the switch on the headlights cycle down and when i turn them off they cycle up.

ok i figured it out and I feel like a dumbass. Just in case this gets archived I had the linkage installed backwards. I'll take a couple pics of how it should look and how I had it. Hopefully no one else will have this problem now.

i had them both on wrong so it was just pissing me off. But i could see how that would be pretty funny. I'm more glad to know that I'm not the only one who has done this. Makes me feel a little less like a moron

Seriously though, how many popup headlights have you ever repaired?* None myself before getting my T/A. So my point is that it was a total learning curve for the both of us.
*That's what I told myself at the time to feel like less of a moron.
