Assume you took care of whatever other code(s) it was throwing. www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8735.php is for P0174.

Be patient!!!

This means the computer detected the engine running lean (too much air in the air/fuel mix) on bank 2, which is the passenger side of the engine. Even though it only threw a code for bank 2, it would be best to start checking for something that would cause a lean condition for either bank. One common cause of this is a dirty Mass Airflow sensor. If you have a K&N or similar filter that requires oil, that oil can sometimes get on the sensor wires in the MAF, essentially hiding some of the incoming air and causing the engine to run lean. Another likely cause would be a vacuum leak. This happens when any of the vacuum lines running into the intake manifold develop a crack or loose connection, allowing "unmetered" air into the intake stream causing a lean condition. One common place for this to occur on LS1 engines is the line from the PCV valve to the intake manifold, it is notorious for cracking and causing a vacuum leak. Try running a search in this forum for that exact code or P0171 (bank 1 lean) and you will get lots of useful info.
