Default Sudden fuel loss?

Hi, I've been noticing lately, that the car is using way more fuel!
I know petrols on the rise, but I used to get atleast twice as far as I used to with the amount of fuel I put in, usually it's just above the first line.
I don't know how accurate it is, but I have an interceptor guage & always show fuel percentage & I've seen it go from 29% to 25-26% in about 5-10 mins of driving & steadily decrease, doing about 40-50mph from just putting fuel in & I can watch the fuel guage drop! After 30-40mins it was on 19%.
I don't know if that means anything to you guys but it never used to drain that fast usually after about 1.30-2 hours of drivng it'd be about 19-20%.
There's no fuel under the car or smell of fuel, however I did recently set a code, which if I remember was P0135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1) which I cleared & it hasn't returned.
I have EFI which I can use to log, but being a newbie to it I don't know what to look for.

look at the short term adaptive fuel trim. anywhere from +/-10% is ok. if youre at like +25% and there are no vacuum/exhaust leaks or anything then youve got some bad O2 sensors more than likely.

I'm not sure if I'm reading it right? (had to copy it to word, because I can't attach xl documents) But it shows Min 16.4/18%-Max 13.3/16.4% or should I just be looking at averages? In which case it's Min 10.9/10.2%-Max 7/7%.
There don't appear to be any leaks, but my exhaust rattles when I tap it, or at very low revs, probably from smashing it on bumps in the road.
