Re: K&N vs. Volant... Any thoughts? I have a fipk and used to use a lid and noticed a nice gain. The volant has a shield so you don't get as much engine heat ingested but when using my predator for data my iat' aren't really any higher than a lid. I am very pleased with my fipk.

Re: K&N vs. Volant... Any thoughts? ditto, i have an fipk and i bought a dremel tool to cut a hole in tha shroud so tha filter could suck some from fresh air from under tha car
